Keep A Gratitude Journal
The question that is often asked, “What are you grateful for?” You do not have to tell the world, but you can indeed write these items in a notebook or journal. A gratitude journal can help you list the things that you are grateful for during the day. Noting your gratefulness could begin with giving thanks for waking up and getting out of bed.
When you make gratitude journals part of your everyday life, it can be a powerful thing. On those days when you feel down, or you may not see the things around you that have meaning at the time, looking back on your journal can remind you of the great ideas or accomplishments that have been part of your life. You can decide to write in your journal daily, weekly, or both. If you do not want to write in a journal, there are mobile apps to journal. You can simply use a college-ruled notebook to save money. The choice is yours.
Something to think about:
***Do you currently journal? Why or why not?
***Do you think a journal could help you figure out some of life’s challenges?
